Request and return

Contact merchant support with your order number. Its refund policy requires all bottles and included gifts, with the packing slip, to be shipped within seven calendar days after receiving return instructions. Use trackable shipping. Customers generally pay return postage; incorrect or damaged items may qualify for a prepaid label.

Amounts and processing
